5-Minute Routine You Can Do Anywhere
Neck pain can sneak up fast — especially after hours spent at a desk, on your phone, or driving. Luckily, you don’t need fancy equipment to find relief!
Try This 5-Minute Neck Routine:
🔹 Step 1: Gentle Stretch
Sit or stand tall.
Tilt your head slowly to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides.
🔹 Step 2: Finger Pressure Massage
Use your fingertips to gently press into the muscles along the sides and back of your neck.
Make small, slow circles.
🔹 Step 3: Warm Up with Movement
Do gentle neck rolls — chin to chest, ear to shoulder, slowly and with control.
Doing this simple combo daily can ease tension and keep neck pain from becoming a bigger problem!
