5-Minute Routine You Can Do Anywhere

Neck pain can sneak up fast โ€” especially after hours spent at a desk, on your phone, or driving. Luckily, you donโ€™t need fancy equipment to find relief!

Try This 5-Minute Neck Routine:

๐Ÿ”น Step 1: Gentle Stretch

  • Sit or stand tall.

  • Tilt your head slowly to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.

  • Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides.

๐Ÿ”น Step 2: Finger Pressure Massage

  • Use your fingertips to gently press into the muscles along the sides and back of your neck.

  • Make small, slow circles.

๐Ÿ”น Step 3: Warm Up with Movement

  • Do gentle neck rolls โ€” chin to chest, ear to shoulder, slowly and with control.

Doing this simple combo daily can ease tension and keep neck pain from becoming a bigger problem!
