The 3 Most Common Areas of Tension
(and How to Release Them)
Tension loves to hide out in three main places:
1. Neck
Staring at screens or hunching forward leads to neck strain. Try gentle circular self-massage on the sides of your neck to release tightness.
2. Shoulders
Shoulders often creep up toward our ears without us noticing! Shoulder squeezes or using a massage ball against a wall can work wonders.
3. Lower Back
Sitting for long periods shortens muscles and locks up joints. Use your hands or a foam roller to gently press and release tight spots around your hips and lower spine.
Quick Move You Can Try:
🔹 Neck Stretch & Massage Combo
Tilt your head gently to one side.
Use your opposite hand to gently massage the side of your neck.
Hold the stretch and massage for about 30 seconds each side.
