The 3 Most Common Areas of Tension

(and How to Release Them)

Tension loves to hide out in three main places:

1. Neck

Staring at screens or hunching forward leads to neck strain. Try gentle circular self-massage on the sides of your neck to release tightness.

2. Shoulders

Shoulders often creep up toward our ears without us noticing! Shoulder squeezes or using a massage ball against a wall can work wonders.

3. Lower Back

Sitting for long periods shortens muscles and locks up joints. Use your hands or a foam roller to gently press and release tight spots around your hips and lower spine.

Quick Move You Can Try:

🔹 Neck Stretch & Massage Combo

  • Tilt your head gently to one side.

  • Use your opposite hand to gently massage the side of your neck.

  • Hold the stretch and massage for about 30 seconds each side.
